About Barefoot Running
Started by two fitness loving Chico State College buddies. Barefoot Running is an idea that has been turned into a way of life for certain individuals. However, we at barefoot do not endorse running barefoot on your own right away. We embrace the idea that the ultimate way to get the most out of your running experience is to get back to the roots of running. For now, our main goals are to encourage our supporters to try a new concept of going back to the basics of running and to understand that running and fitness are not just hobbies but also a way of life.
